Heirloom Crates can be bought from the Donation Store for 30 Heirloom Points. (Heirloom Points are obtained at the end of an era, based on the progress of your strongest character on the account. You can also obtain them as a bonus via donating.)

Heirloom perks do not stack (you can't use the heirloom perk twice to get the bonus again.) However you can use as many different ones as you'd like. (For example, speed + loot would work together but speed + speed will not)
